n       Work with women and children who are physically and mentally challenged as well as visually, hearing wise or speech wise challenged.

n       To create the right type of awareness for their social status and recognition with in the challenged as well as at the community level.

n       To organize and strengthen the individuals and groups of disabled women and children and to identify the beneficiaries and to promote community based rehabilitation programs

n       To create and facilitate access to medical, educational and vocational rehabilitation.

n       To create facilities and  physical infrastructure for independent living of disabled community.

n       To continuously sensitize the district, provincial, federal level government about the specific policy needs of this sector to make Pakistan the leader in rehab care in the world.
